From the North
Take I-95 South to Exit 86-A onto I-26 East toward Charleston SC. Drive approximately 50 miles on I-26 East to Exit 219B toward East Bay Street/Morrison Drive, and take left on Mt. Pleasant Street then bear right on Morrison Drive. Turn left at Johnson Street at location of Columbus Street Pier entrance for Port Of Charleston onto Immigration Street. Turn left into Seabreeze Center before Port entrance and take next left in parking lot over wooden bridge to Seabreeze Building parking lot, use reserved spaces for Shippers Commonwealth if available. Seabreeze Building at 49 Immigration is historic brick office building, enter through building lobby and take stairs or elevator to second floor. Shippers Commonwealth is in Suite 205.

From the South
North on I-95 to Exit 33 for US 17 North. US 17 North into Charleston over Ashley River Bridge, get in right lane for Lockwood Drive exit and then take left where signs indicate turn onto Calhoun Street. Follow Calhoun Street to East Bay Street, and make left onto East Bay. Follow East Bay Street, becomes Morrison Street. Turn right at Johnson Street at location of Columbus Street Pier entrance for Port Of Charleston onto Immigration Street. Turn left into Seabreeze Center before Port entrance and take next left in parking lot over wooden bridge to Seabreeze Building parking lot, use reserved spaces for Shippers Commonwealth if available. Seabreeze Building at 49 Immigration is historic brick office building, enter through building lobby and take stairs or elevator to second floor. Shippers Commonwealth is in Suite 205.

From the East
Take your boat from Atlantic Ocean into Cooper River toward Town Creek and dock at the Seabreeze slip outside building! Our building is located directly on the Cooper river waterfront.

From the West
Take I-26 East and follow directions “From the North” as listed above.
