Major New Awards Continue for Shippers Commonwealth with Partner Client Programs

July 25, 2006 - Charleston SC: Shippers Commonwealth ("ShipComm"), the leading provider of On Demand TMS programs, has been selected as integrator and implementation services provider for several new programs by RedPrairie, where ShipComm will also furnish all extensions, integration, project management, training, and all data center and hosting services for these new Global 100 clients. These include large scale programs for major multi-media distributor, consumer goods manufacturer, and yet another national retail chain.

ShipComm subcontract sales have significantly increased as the "TMS team of choice" for and by partners such as RedPrairie, UPS, and Metro Canada Logistics, where ShipComm is engaged as TMS expert team to provide complete implementation services and TMS On Demand programs, along with its own value-added transportation software products. While the vast majority of ShipComm business is and will continue to be with its direct clients (where ShipComm is prime turnkey provider for sales, delivery, and life cycle support, as single face to the client), at the same time ShipComm values its solution partners, and their recognition. Directly, and through its partners, ShipComm is proud to be represented on leading multi-vendor TMS solution program teams.

The ShipComm Logistics Portal also continues to increase sales both directly and with RedPrairie as reseller channel for ShipComm of this product line. The Portal provides for comprehensive inbound, outbound and returns routing with trading partners over the Web as integrated to Tier 1 TMS solution. ShipComm has also recently added a new Cost Allocation Post-Processor (for extended freight audit/pay solutions) and integrated Web Gateway (where ShipComm TMS is dynamically linked to all enterprise systems, as underway at major retailer) as additional value-added TMS product extensions (joining its Shipment Intelligence Center, Caravan collaboration network and load linking system, Logistics Portal, and other ShipComm products and services).

As reflection of these growth trends for the Company, ShipComm reported today that its sales year to date (for the first 7 months of 2006) are up over 82% from revenues for the same period last year, as the company continues to expand offering programs and services to clients of all types and sizes.
